Return Process

  Visit our online portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Package the Items

  Securely place the unworn garments in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and hygiene seals remain intact.

  Print and Attach Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Leave your package at any authorized courier drop-off point and use the provided tracking number to monitor your return's progress to our warehouse.
